What is the typical cost for the full set of digital prints and full copyright to wedding photos?
I think we might have gotten ripped off but I'm not sure - want to check what the typical costs are. This is for Los Angeles (if location matters). Thanks in advance for your help. We bought full copyright - they did sell it to us for a substantial cost. It's the cost I'm trying to compare if anyone knows what the typical cost is of full copyright to the images, please answer. Thank you.

- Most photographers will NOT sell full copyrights to the photos. A typical wedding photographer will charge between $1000 to $5000.
- In the Phoenix area, wedding coverage starts at $2,000 for 3-4 hours, NO prints. Photographers always reserve all rights their copyrighted work. The photos they sell you include a non-verbal license for you to display them in your home, but not make copies. For about $5,000 you get one photographer and one videographer ... NO prints, NO DVD ... all that is extra I have never hear of anyone selling copyrights to a wedding. If one of my clients wants full ownership on one of my images the price starts at $20,000 per image. That usually cools their jets and they are willing to pay for usage.
- This isn't an answer to your question, but I can tell you how you can make your memories last forever in your on little Wedding Storybook. There's this program call Storybook Creator Plus the cost is $59.99, but the cool thing about this is after your done creating your pages you can upload them and have a Hard Cover Book Made with all of your memories of your wedding they also make great gifts to family members Check it out
