How do I make a reciept to give to a client for wedding photos? What should it include?
I need to know what all to put on the document, and how to make it.

- Create it in Microsoft Word and save as a PDF file that you can email and print if need be. I would include: Hours worked amount of presentable photos you had out of the batch that the wedding party has selected cost of equipment use printing packaging ( albums, boxes for delivery, the like ). I would also include any charges that you can remember you had to pay in order to get the photos to them. Space it out like an online receipt when you order something from a professional website. Don't just make up the values, either, keep a standard forumula for the values so that you can explain them in the future.
