Wedding photos?
I have just been looking on the net for photographers and i have come across one that will attend you wedding and take anything from 600 to 800 wedding photos then send them to you with 72 hours on a cd rom for you to have either developed at a local photo shop or yourself at home. They are not copy right so you can do what ever you like with them. They are asking for £350 and a £60 deposit. What do you think? UK only please

- for 60 quid deposit it sounds great , but if you are unsure dont bother and book a photographer that has been recommended by someone or a local photographer, it sounds almost too good actually , as photographers are a lot more expensive than that . where in uk are you as i am getting married next saturday and have got a great photographer and he is reasonably cheap ... good luck with the big day !!!
- You should probably check out the credentials of this individual. A good wedding photographer is worth their weight in gold. It's the difference between capturing the day in both formal and reportage format in less than a hundred pictures. This is one of the most important days of your life, and you will probably never want to view 600 to 800 photos when 10's of photos will capture the most important aspects of the day. Always go to a few professionals and compare their styles from previous work samples. Choose one that consistently produces the pictures you would like to look at time and time again. A poor photographer will not give you the memories you deserve, so choose carefully. This is not to say the photographer mentioned does not produce good work, but check first... All the best for the big day. :o)
- always book a photographer that is recommended to you adn pay top whack. We didn't and I have lived to regret it. had I not have had a cousin who took loadsa gd photos I would be missing lots of photos as our photographer was pretty useless..
- The price doesn't sound outrageous, but carefully check out their portfolio. Saving a few quid won't make up for the heartbreak of bad pictures. HTH V2K1
- I think it sounds a potential nightmare and very cheap... who is going to do the post production? What kind of image quality will you get? I could give anyone a camera and tell them to just keep shooting until they get 1,000 shots... it doesn't say a thing about the quality though. For me less is more - I'd rather hire a really good pro and go for a smaller number of amazing images than a heap of rubbish ones. Buy the most important photos of your life on price alone and... you are likely to be bitterly disappointed!
- can he give you a list of satisfided customers that you can check out, sounds to cheap to me. there must be a reputable guy around your area with good creds.the cheapest is not always the best. remember this is your only chance to make a good impression on your important day.
- Sounds too cheap to me. Have you seen any examples of his work? Better to have 40 good shots, than hundreds of worthless ones.
