500 Wedding Ideas

Have you ever known anyone as bad as one of those brides on "Bridezillas"?

I have worked with several brides, many of whom were high-strung and even ridiculous, but WOW- I have never seen anything like those crazy brides. They aren't all that bad, some are just annoying. But those who are- like those in the current previews- are UN-BELIEVABLE!! Know anyone actually that bad? Are they always such freaks, or did the wedding planning actually set the psycho switch?

1. Yes, I used to be a professional hand embroiderer for wedding dresses and did wedding cakes for awhile. I still do cakes, but not bridal ones because I got tired of dealing with crazy brides who constantly made changes and then screamed when I increased the price due the changes. "No, I can't do another tier for the price you paid. If you want another tier, then that will be additional because it requires additional work and support." The gals wanting the embroidery were always very respectful and overjoyed to have custom details on their dresses.
2. yep my cousin lol she was pretty damn bad on her own. but putting the wedding into it and she just went phycho
3. No I haven't and I personally think some are played up and fake. At least I would hope someone isn't dumb enough to marry a girl who acts like that! I saw one last week with a girl who did nothing but fight with her fiance and yell at him and call him names in front of people. It was the one whose mother was in the hospital. She was horrible. She humiliated him so bad. I wanted to see him stand her up so bad. Then the one who told her bridesmaids they had to stuff their bra and I think she was the same one who through a fit because somebody got a birthday cake at her rehearsal dinner and threw the cake. What a nut job!
4. i haven't seen the previews for the new shows but wow they must always be freaks and the wedding takes it up a notch or two or ten thousand...crazy but you have to admit they can be so outrageous that its completely funny.
5. I've seen a couple bridezillas, but not anywhere near the extreme as on the tv show. Momzillas of the bride on the other hand are scary and blow alot of them right out of the water.
6. Yes my sister! Her fiancee called off the wedding the night before and none of her bridesmaids will talk to her. Being a control freak definitely isn't worth it. You should just try to enjoy the experience!
